Crescentia Capital and Kathi Holst Invest in D2K Traffic Safety, Inc.
D2K Traffic Safety, Inc. represents the first step in building
a leading player in the traffic safety services market
Naperville, Illinois, September 21, 2022: Crescentia Capital and Kathi Holst are pleased to announce an investment in D2K Traffic Safety, Inc. (“D2K”, or “the Company”), a leading provider of traffic safety services to the greater Chicagoland area and surrounding states. This investment, made in partnership with the founders of D2K, establishes a platform for organic growth as well as future acquisitions.
Crescentia Capital invests in this opportunity alongside Kathi Holst, a 40+ year industry veteran who has served as an adviser to the Company since its inception. Kathi will act as the Operating Partner, assisting the Company with strategic planning, management development and acquisitions. Kathi commented, “I’m pleased to partner with Calvert Street based on their track record of supporting and growing field-based service companies”.
Devvon Holst-Clay and Meagan Long founded D2K in 2013, and Mark Long joined one year later. Together, these three executives successfully built the Company into a prominent competitor focused on traffic control, pavement marking and flagging. The Company prides itself on its people-oriented culture, safety record and outstanding service to its customers.
